It took me a couple of weeks to finalize my decision but I was fortunate that the car was still available and that my salesman, Mario Adams was willing to work with me so I could get it done. This wouldn't have happened if I felt pressured or rushed to make a quick deal. In addition, Mario got me set up in the Service Dept. to fix a minor item where Helen Rommel was excellent to work with. More

Lack of or not caring about issues after sale Purchased a 2012 ZL1 Camaro with ultra low miles. Very clean car like new. Traded a VERY CLEAN 2010 SS CAMARO. I felt we shouldve got more for the car on trade since when I saw online they were asking over $8,000 more. I realize dealer has to make money. Vehicle needed no reconditioning whatsoever. After coming home with car, it sat for 2 weeks and battery was dead. Also noticed we didn't get owners manual with car. Speaking with both Doug Lavene and Mark Valcich was rediculous. It seemed like an endless battle to get owners manual and a reimbursement check for the battery I purchased and installed myself. Only reason was that we live over 2 hours away. It seems when your interested in buying sales people seem to really strive and communicate well. It was just after the sale that things went wrong to me. I've purchased 10 other new cars trucks and SUV from same dealership in Frederick mainly because they treated me well and for the sakes experience is probably why I kept going back. If I take survey that would let me rate beginning of sale it would definitely be 5 star but it went to a one after sale. I felt I was bothering but had legitimate issues. More
Out of State Purchase I was in the market for a used vehicle. I'm VERY picky when it comes to my vehicles. I found one I liked but it happened to be out of state, about 3 I was in the market for a used vehicle. I'm VERY picky when it comes to my vehicles. I found one I liked but it happened to be out of state, about 3 and a half hours away. I was doubtful I would seriously consider buying a vehicle that far away. However, I inquired about the vehicle and was contacted within the hour by Mario Adams. Since I couldn't really see or drive the truck I was interested in Mario assured me it was in basically flawless condition. I am one of "those" people when it comes to purchasing something as expensive as a vehicle and I drive a hard bargain and try to look out for my best interests financially, as anyone would. Sometimes my ways can be met with dissatisfaction by people in the service industry. Let me tell you, this was absolutely NOT the case with Mario. Mario is the true embodiment of the word "professional". He is extremely attentive to your needs and potential worries and treats you with the utmost respect as a customer. He maintained contact with me through my busy days in working with me to get the deal I wanted. I'm pretty sure he knew I wanted the vehicle and he went above and beyond for me to get me in it. When I arrived at the dealership after the long 3 and a half hour drive Mario was the first one at the door to greet me and made me feel welcomed. His description of the truck could not have been more spot on. I was more than satisfied. So, at that point I was thinking the fun part was over now that I have seen and driven the vehicle and agreed to purchase it. I was dreading doing the "business" part of it with all of the signing, offers and warranties etc. To my surprise even that part was smooth sailing and was done in minutes. Rob in the finance department was great as well and had everything all lined up for me and ready to go. Before I even got out of the financial office Mario had already lined up the return of my rental car rather than me having to drop it off a few miles down the road and get a ride back. Just another hassle I didn't have to even think about. I was in and out with a new truck in no time. It was honestly the best purchasing experience I have ever had from everyone over at Criswell, especially Mario. I will recommend to all of my friends and family if they are looking for a vehicle, regardless how far away, take a look at Criswell and give Mario Adams a call. Nowadays, I've noticed respect is lacking in most customer service oriented personnel I deal with. My experience with Mario was refreshing because it gave me that "old school" feel where you feel valued and appreciated as a customer and not just another person to get a sale or commission, you could tell he really takes pride in his work and his word. I'm pretty sure this will not be my last business transaction with Mario. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. My only recommendation is if you are on the fence, take a look over at Criswell and give Mario a call. You will see what I am talking about for yourself. More

Ease of buying experience I have now purchased 7 corvettes both used and new from Mr. Beckett. Mr Beckett has always been straight forward and truthful about each of the cars with both good points and bad points. Mr. Beckett and the Criswell team have always been true to their word and have no regrets dealing with them, and i might ad that i'm positive that I will be dealing with them in the future and probably the same way over the phone.
