Mario was our sale My husband and I drove 90 miles to check out a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, Sahara Edition, at Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg. Mario was our salesman, and all communications with him before and after purchase were extremely professional and personable. He went above and beyond working with us. After driving the Jeep home and finding a crack in the spare tire mount, the dealership paid for its replacement and shipment to our home. Mario continued to follow up with us, making sure we were happy with our purchase. I can’t recommemd Mario highly enough! I’ve never been happier with a vehicle than I am with this awesome Wrangler! Patience is important Buying a car is often frustrating and difficult. You want to make sure you're making the right choice and getting a good deal in the process. It took me a couple of weeks to finalize my decision but I was fortunate that the car was still available and that my salesman, Mario Adams was willing to work with me so I could get it done. This wouldn't have happened if I felt pressured or rushed to make a quick deal. In addition, Mario got me set up in the Service Dept. to fix a minor item where Helen Rommel was excellent to work with. More
