From the time I contacted Criswell Chevrolet via an email inquiry, throughout the purchase. The experience began when this salesman, Abe El-Ghoul introduce himself as my salesman. From the very beginning he presented himself as very professional, polite and most of all, attentive to what I, the customer, was actually saying to him. He made me feel very comfortable almost immediately which made it extremely easy to communicate with him. After reassuring me that I made absolutely the right choice in contacting Criswell Chevrolet, he then assured me that he would do everything that he could to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with every facet of the buying experience. After a very descriptive discussion and search of Criswell Chevrolets Corvette inventory concerning what I, the customer, wanted in my 2017 C7 Grand Sport Corvette, I concluded that I absolutely had the right salesman. As well as being very professional, Abe is definitely an expert when it comes to the Corvette. His overall knowledge (i.e., technical amenities, performance superiorities and most of all value) of the C7 generation Corvette was simply "very impressive." He is very confident in his abilities, I believe in part because he really believes in this product (C7), in the abilities of the Finance Manager, and the commitment of the dealership to stand behind its pledge to the customer and their dedication to being one of General Motors top sales performers. Everything about Abe exemplified a team player. Undenounced to him, he did all of the "little things" that most customers really care about and pay attention to, and I personally appreciated every minute of him being my salesman. First time buying a new car, had an excellent experience. This was my first experience buying a brand new car and I was pleasantly surprised. I was kept 'in the loop' at all times, and did not feel pressured to purchase anything I did not want. Troy explained all the options and helped me weigh the pros and cons to try to keep me in budget. If I ever get a new car again, I most definitely will be returning to Criswell. Also of note, Steve Krantz did my finance and was great to work with. He engaged me in a little bit of small talk before really getting down to business, and this taking a few moments to get to know me really made a difference. His advice on what warranties to get for my specific car helped me tailor it so I remained in budget, yet got the necessary protection for my new car. More

Dealer service is expensive and there mechanics are not qualified. I was buying a car from a private owner and took the car there to get multipoint insepection. They passed the multipoint inspection so I decided to buy the car and then after one week I found a leak. Took it to another dealer to find three different leaks in the car. Most likely they did not even put the car on the lift. They denied that there were leaks when they checked the car where the other dealer told that this leak is been there for sometimes. Then they quoted me 2200$ to fix the issue where both rockvile chevy and fitz chevy quoted me 1500$. More

Great customer service Emma helped me schedule an appointment to bring my car in and went over all my concerns with me when I dropped off the car. Checked to see if something that came up in my multi point inspection would be covered by my warranty. I also got a ride from the shuttle to my job and a ride back to the dealership from the metro the next day. Both drivers were very kind and professional. The cashier was also great - I wanted to use a coupon that I forgot to give Emma when I dropped off the car. This required getting someone else to apply the discount and re-print the invoice. Not a huge deal, but something that could've easily annoyed someone after a long day. The cashier remained calm and was very helpful. The whole experience was great. I'm glad I bought my car through them and hope to keep receiving the excellent customer service. More
