Russell was very personable and worked hard to make sure I was happy and getting the best deal. I've never purchased a car before so I had a lot of questions and Mike was very patient with me and answered all my questions with a smile! It felt like he truly cared about me and wanted to make sure I understood everything even if it meant he had to stay past closing on a Saturday night with my family and I. A lot of dealers don't take younger people serious and see them as a waste of time (as I've had this experience before at the Woodbridge Chevy just a week ago) but this was not the case here! I was treated with respect and I couldn't be happier with my new car! would recommend this dealership to everyone, you don't find dealers as kind and informed like them! I got the best service and treatment at Criswell in Gaithersburg, I went in to look around to see if i could find something with a little bit more of I got the best service and treatment at Criswell in Gaithersburg, I went in to look around to see if i could find something with a little bit more of a cheaper car payment and i was really thinking it would not be possible considering my car i was driving was only 2 years old. After they took my jeep down to see what i could get for it i was told it was possible! As Russell Carter was doing the needed paper work and finding prices i had Scott LeStrange going all over the lot bringing cars up front for me to see. We even walked the lot looking at different colors and models , trust me i had him working. He took his time to stop at the cars that i was interested in and compare them with other models and what he thought i would like and not like about them. After I went inside Russell had already wrote up what my payments would be on the first one i was going to get and i threw a curve ball on a different car, but with no problems at all he started writing up that one. After i had purchased the new car Scott was so helpful with making sure my jeep was next to the new car so i could switch things over, he made sure the new car went back got a full tank of gas and a wash. Even though they were busy he also made sure he took the time to come out to teach me the different controls and even paired my phone to my new car. He also made sure to put his business card in my glove box in case there was any other questions i may of had. I can say i have never been treated so well by a a salesman who isn't just worried about making a dollar off the sale but someone who truly takes the time to make sure their customer is completely happy and all questions are answered before i left. I will use Criswell Gaithersburg for future purchases and will be working with Russell Carter and/or Scott LeStrange from now on! More

They were very transparent with their pricing and gave me a detailed breakdown of all the fees and taxes in an easy to read email before I came to the dealership, and this was one of the reasons I went there because the dealerships in my area were not as forthcoming with their pricing and it was hard to tell what the final price of the vehicle was going to be after all the fees. I thought I knew what my monthly lease payment was going to be because I ran all the numbers and figured everything out before I came there. I thought that this number was going to be the lowest possible monthly lease payment on this specific car. Most dealerships I have been to always try to figure out the monthly payment you are willing to pay and work backwards from there to get the most money out of you, but not the guys at Criswell. Russell Carter, Joey Ryall, and their finance specialist Greg Hoffman were simply amazing! They were more focused on getting me familiarized with the car I was interested in and never asked me what my target monthly lease payment was. They already provided me with all the pricing, taxes and fees upfront, so all they had to do was to plug the numbers in and see what came out. The result was actually a lower monthly payment than I expected! On top of that, Russell and Greg found a way to lower my monthly lease payment even further without me even asking them! I really can't thank these guys enough, they were truly looking out for my best interests! Joey also spent a lot of time helping me setup all the electronic gizmos in the car and connect them with my phone, he was truly helpful and knowledgeable professional. This was a dream experience, and I would tell anyone looking for a Chevy to go straight to Criswell! More

I had originally bought a third party warranty I have a 2008 Saturn VUE which I have serviced by Criswell Chevrolet since I moved to Maryland in 2012. I had originally bought a third party warranty that was from my original Saturn dealer in Colorado Springs, CO. The warranty company is horrible, and Emma is outstanding with doing the calls and talking to them for me. Emma takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car, and then works with me to be able to prioritize repairs and maintenance to make it convenient and affordable to me. I can't say enough good things about Emma and Criswell Chevrolet. More
