Salesman Peter Eaton is the Cream of the crop I'm an extremely picky, indecisive and a chatty individual. I always have tons of highly probable, annoying questions such as; what ifs, what about, h I'm an extremely picky, indecisive and a chatty individual. I always have tons of highly probable, annoying questions such as; what ifs, what about, how come, can we, is there anyway...the list goes on and on .... the chances of me making any spot on decisions are slim to none. I'm certain to ask the same question reatedly. I set out to buy a car and turned to Peter Eaton through the recommendations of a FEW people. Peter stuck by indecisiveness without hesitation or pressure. Provided an answer or options to every question or scenario I brought up. He went above and beyond in my selection process offering me choices from higher end to economic, new or used, switching gears to accommodate changing mind. Looking and going through the options both pros and cons. Agreeing to take the time pull out any vehicle I was interested in. I felt I could have test driven 100 cars if that's what I wanted. The deal was totally driven to accommodate me and my happiness. It didn't matter if I was going used or new or how little or much I wanted to spend. When I finally did make a decision he went to great lengths to ensure that I was content and stressed me being comfortable and happy with the final decision. I knew at this point and felt wholeheartedly that it wasn't about the sale but rather my wishes being the key factor. While I pondered for hours and days he hung in there keeping a pleasant attitude the entire time. He also followed up a few days later to check on things along with sending me a thank you via mail. He helped set up personal vehicle features Bluetooth on star radio seats everything. Peter Eaton is the cream of the crop as far as salesmen go. Anyone looking for someone they can trust, offer patience along with wealth of knowledge. Pete is your man. Take it from one of the most pickiest Customers out there. THANKS PETER. SINCERELY!!! More

A good remote auto purchase I never thought I would buy an automobile, let alone a Viper, remotely. A Nightmare! I purchased a 2014 Malibu from Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg, MD and have had nothing but problems. The car overall is a good car with a few issu I purchased a 2014 Malibu from Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg, MD and have had nothing but problems. The car overall is a good car with a few issues here or there but every time we call we for what ever reason get Mo and constantly get hung up on. He is very rude! One time we called in to follow up on our car and he provided us with the fee we needed to pay if we wanted it fixed, we where going on vacation and couldn't pay that to get it fixed so we told him we will bring it at a later date to have it taken care of. . his response? "well why do you have extended warranty if you don't use it? I can remove it if you want since you don't want to use it" WAIT WHAT?!?!?! I was livid! I cannot believe those words came out of a service tech. . . He is the sole reason we purchased or 2015 Chevy Silverado from another dealer. . . an easy $60K sake they could have had but I refuse to deal with their service techs again with any other car. . . It truly is a shame because the sale experience was amazing (of course they want your money) but once the car is purchased is all downhill from there. . . More

Mike Furman is one of those rare individuals that not only knows everything there is to know about a) the Corvette, but b) the complete factory order and buying process. My wife and I called up Mike 2 months ago to place our factory order — a 2016 Corvette Z51 2LT. At the time there were a few constraints, but being the nation's #1 salesman, Mike has the allocations. He assured me there would be no problem whatsoever and was able to have our car ready for us to take delivery exactly when he said. We flew down from New York and Mike gave us the royal treatment, showing us all we'd need to know about our new car and even gave us photos of the delivery. While at Criswell, we also spent some time with Jackie who helped us through the exciting, albeit scary paper signing. She made it comfortable and helped explain any and all questions we had. Would highly recommend speaking with Jackie if you're thinking about financing. Mike, Jackie and the entire staff at Criswell can't be beat. No matter where you are in the country, you ought to consider ordering your new Corvette (or any Chevrolet for that matter) through them. Highly recommended! More
