I had the privilege of working with Russ Carter to build and order a RAM 3500 dually. Since the initial discussion on what I was looking for Russ helped collaborate and shared some thoughts on what made the and order a RAM 3500 dually. Russ kept me informed as the build process proceeded and helped me complete the transaction once it arrived. Since then I had an issue with one of its batteries which Russ immediately hooked me up with the right services folks to address right away. Overall I had a very positive professional experience in being able to work with Russ. Russ was in my corner throughout the entire process and made the experience rewarding for me.
