Not a happy customer. I had my Camaro serviced at Criswell Chevrolet this week. I gave the service advisor a coupon that was mailed to my home, but the coupon was not applied when I picked up the ca Criswell Chevrolet this week. I gave the service advisor a coupon that was mailed to my home, but the coupon was not applied when I picked up the car and they couldn't find the original. Luckily I took a picture of it and the service manager still gave me the money off. The cost of the service was almost $250. In addition, to multiple additional fees on the invoice, they charged me a 3% fee for me to pay using my credit card. I found the credit card fee unreasonable. No other businesses charge a fee to pay them with a credit card. How else do people pay for car repairs. They said that I could avoid the fee by paying in cash, so I should have paid with one dollar bills and pennies. Lastly, Criswell did not wash my car as part of the service. I won't be back and I recommend people avoid using Criswell Chevrolet. More

With my first purchase, I was changing the oil myself and could not get the oil filter off as it was over-torqued. The head of the service department literally drove his motorcycle over to my apartment and got it unstuck for me. Can't think of better customer service. I am from Chillicothe Ohio and bought a high end Ram 2500 truck from this dealership. I seen the truck while surfing online. I called the dealership and Mario answered. Wow what a personality.
