I was going to LOOK, just look. Sandy Cox was informative, obviously knew every detail of every car I looked at, and was totally no pressure. I thought what the heck, they can look at my trade and make an offer. I expected haggling but the offer was in writing --typed, not scribble scrabble--and showed me the total cost, everything in there, like taxes, title, etc. So no surprises. Jose in the accounting department was super fast with the paper work and then Sandy went over every button in my new Buick Enclave (and there are lot of them!). She was WONDERFUL to work with and I highly recommend Crown!! More
