Sanjay is truly amazing!!! I recently purchased a Certified 2018 Honda Pilot from DCH Academy Honda. I had dealt with their service department years ago when I had my CRV and t I recently purchased a Certified 2018 Honda Pilot from DCH Academy Honda. I had dealt with their service department years ago when I had my CRV and they were great to work with. This was my first time at their new location and the facility is beautiful! From the time I walked in the door until I ultimately purchased the car I was treated with respect. No HARD sales pitch, no "holding" my trade-in keys and keeping me hostage until I made a deal! I explained what I was looking for, Sanjay Chadda found the right car, and after some "negotiation" we made a deal! He even stayed several hours late to make sure he was there when I took delivery! Sanjay made the paperwork process very easy. As an added bonus, Sanjay took the time to follow up a few days later to make sure I was happy and to see if he could answer any questions about the car for me. It was an overall great experience. If you want an easy, stress-less purchase, go see Sanjay at DCH Academy Honda! P.S. GREAT hot chocolate and brownies in the service waiting room! More
