Dear Ken, In 3/2/26 I went in to have my side camera fixed. At 11:16 I received a text from a technician named Joe with a video. I declined the camera replacement but requested the alignment as suggested in the video. At 11:36 I went to the front desk to talk to someone & saw my 2018 blue Honda civic sitting in the parking lot. An alignment takes AT LEAST 30 minutes but yet my car allegedly had it done and parked within 20 minutes. I said something to the worker & he showed me a paper stating that it was done but I think it belonged to another vehicle. I know you probably won’t do this, but if you look at the cameras outside it’ll show when that was parked (I can show a snapshot of the text which shows the time it was received). Also, I don’t know if there are cameras in the repair room but if there is, you can check to see if it was done. I really don’t think it was as the times don’t add up and therefore paid for a service that was never done. If you want the screenshot of the text, my email address is smdebski@gmail.com
