DCH Paramus Honda

To be honest I have no idea how this dealership is supposedly top three in the tri-state area. I’ll tell you how, ripping people off giving people high prices when they could be helping you save money supposedly top three in the tri-state area. I’ll tell you how, ripping people off giving people high prices when they could be helping you save money. short story, I came to the dealership three years ago to get an Honda si. As the guy came with the paper with the number of how much my payment was going to be a month, The price was $325 a month. Price was super high. To make the story shorter I walked out on that deal and went to another Honda dealer with the same amount of money down and I ended up paying $166 for my lease. I was very happy and was thankful I didn’t get it at DCH Paramus Honda. So my lease is up and me being dumb I decided to give them another chance and see if they can match it since they can see that I got it at another dealership. The sales man manager came to me told me that I should get off my pedestal that I was on because dad number is not realistic. He was very disrespectful raising his voice and mostly just make a fun of me. This will be the last time that I stepped foot into this dealership ever! I hope whoever is reading this learn from my mistake and never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Save yourself the hustle they do not want you to save money they’re all about profit because they are greedy. You are better off going to another dealership then to come to this one. I’m pretty sure all the nice comments that you see here is because people don’t know that they’re getting ripped off thinking that they got a good deal buying from this dealership. Please whoever is reading this review learn from my mistake the people working at DCH a Paramus a Honda are not your friends or family how they advise it and the radio. More

Very poor service at DCH Paramus Honda. Our salesman was not professional and was only interested in closing the deal right away. He was not able to get a car to test drive and left us at his desk for over not professional and was only interested in closing the deal right away.
