I had asked for a quote on a new vehicle and had follow up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. After the test drive, I was informed the car I had wanted had been sold. I was also informed that the price quoted to me in bold letters was for “Honda Family” members and my price would have been $750 more (this information was in the tiny fine print on the bottom of the quote). I was also informed that the interest rate that was sent to me was only if “bought down” the rate. I wrote back to the manager and Internet specialist expressing my dissatisfaction, but both emails were ignored. More

He made us feel comfortable and a no time pushed or tried to hard sell us on anything. Ramon brought us the appraisal value and trade in value for a new 2019 Honda CRV. The trade in value was lower than we had expected. Ramon then listened to what our expectations were and what we had budgeted for. He went back to talk with his management and came back to us with an amount that was very agreeable to us. We closed that day and I firmly believe that is was Ramon that helped close our deal. We remain loyal customers. And will seek out Ramon when we trade in our older Honda minivan. Last to mention John Medrano in Finance who put us at ease, especially around the money.
