It started with a warm welcome at the greeters desk by a kind woman (I forgot to get her name). She introduced me to my sales consultant, Jenssy Diaz. Mr. Diaz was really receptive in helping me find a vehicle that would meet my daily demands as "a professional woman on the go." He was patient, cooperative, helpful and humorous. Mr. Diaz took great care of me throughout the whole process (I really appreciated that). Then came the sales manager, Mr. Chong Lee who came to greet me. I really appreciated the fact that he came out of his office and sat down with me as we negotiated an offer that was fair. I can't forget to mention Govaia Larcher, the business manager. Govaia was very kind, patient and respectful. He really worked hard to get me an acceptable rate and explained all of the documents to me clearly.
