Greg Sims (sales) was very pleasant without any pressure, helped with all of our questions and approval process in short order, and set up a delivery time promptly. He had the initial paperwork ready for signature with copies made, as soon as we arrived (very quick process.) All financial numbers lined up with what was agreed upon previously. The car was prepped and showroom clean with tags and registration, ready for pick up same day (amazing.) Carlos Gonzales was excellent, making the Finance office process short and sweet, again providing numbers that perfectly aligned with what was agreed upon and no pressure tactics (only suggesting what might add benefit to our purchase.)
