Great Salesman Eric Lahl was very helpful and patient with our questions, comparing the Highlander with the Rav 4. Warranty Maintanance Brought our car in for regular maintenance and waited for the car to be serviced. The work order only states that they changed my oil, however, the Brought our car in for regular maintenance and waited for the car to be serviced. The work order only states that they changed my oil, however, the tires were supposed to be rotated as well. This maintenance was done on Friday. I called on Monday morning and asked Christina about it and she said it was automatically done. I am not confident that this was done since there is no record of it and no one told us. We did tell the service department we were going away in January as well and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I think the service department should tell you what they did to your car and also record it. More
Typical except for Pinkal Openly told them exactly what I was looking for and that I was shopping around. I initially was looking for a leftover 2019 rav4 hybrid. Long story short Pinkal went out of his way to make the sale basically giving me a 2020 for 2019 prices-After speaking with him directly and explaining the situation. So he was the best part of the deal, unfortunately he went on vacation or something and wasn’t there to finish the deal. Every one else there was a bad experience, the finance guy was rude and refused to call anyone in when I was given wrong numbers by the salesman Jason and was 500$ short, oh just finance the extra 500, like it was no big deal, but it raised my payment 12$ and was a big deal to me. Jason was a terrible salesman making multiple errors and misinformation, def did not know his job well, I am difficult to deal with because I do my research and know more then most salesman .. so I give him credit for having some patience, but otherwise not very capable, after the test drives told him my leg was not comfortable in one car, he just always pushed the sale and didn’t ever really listen or be honest .. even when the sales manager who took over for Pinkal gave me much worse prices.. he was never honest and never admitted the truth so for that and the final numbers mistake I give him a 0. The two other sales mgrs I briefly dealt with were typical give them average ratings I don’t remember their names. But Pinkal gets 4 stars. Jason 1, and the finance guy two, he did his job but very cold and rude and refused to deal the with errors Jason made. Oh and they quoted me 400$ for factory fog lights added which are a 169$ option and were currently on sale for Black Friday for 100$ on Toyota’s site. When I finally inquired why this was ..was told they have a third party vendor who does all the work and they don’t do it themselves .. I was like wow no wonder the crazy price. If it wasn’t for Pinkal I would have bought from Newburgh or Curry who gave me a better overall experience. More
