Good friend staff but wait is too long The staff is always friendly but 2 hrs to change oil, rotate tires and perform an inspection is far too long. And yes it was a scheduled appointment n The staff is always friendly but 2 hrs to change oil, rotate tires and perform an inspection is far too long. And yes it was a scheduled appointment not a drop in. It seems as if the employees are expected to do too much and get backed up. Also, I have prepaid lifetime oil changes and it always poses a problem at arrival and departure. The system wants to bill me and the staff must figure out how to exempt the charges. This is my 4th service here and it's the same every time. More
