I came alone and I’m a female in my 60s. receptionist immediately help me find a salesperson (sorry I didn’t get her name)she was very polite. Met my sales person Tracy Keese. She listened and helped me with my search of my new car. We test drove the car I choose. The next day my husband test drove the car. Karl was very personable and understanding with my concerns about my trade-in . He treated me respectfully and fairly! Jeff in finance was patient and knowledgeable with all our questions.
