She was polite, efficient, returned calls promptly, kept me advised throughout, and went over the work that had been done with patience and professionalism. Because she was so forthright and professional, I asked her to also replace my tires. She again handled this flawlessly, and I was in and out of the service center in about an hour from start to finish. Also, Service Manager Ben arranged for some repainting of my 2011 Rav 4 Limited because the pearly white paint had started to peel off in two sections. He kindly followed up with Toyota management and corporate officers and then very efficiently made arrangements for the repair to be done with no cost to me. When I arranged for this service to take place, Alison coordinated all of the specifics and took good care of me and my vehicle with help from Kathleen, who was also excellent. I was amazed at how smoothly the whole process went, and I would not hesitate to work with Ben, Alison and Kathleen, again. I am grateful for the excellent service standards at DCH Toyota and will continue to upgrade vehicles at DCH sales in the future. I should also put a good word in for Mr. Goldberg, in finance, who has always been wonderful to work with in financing my Toyotas and understanding the details of the warranties, and Daryl in Sales Management.
