They are Very Customer Orientated I just recently bought my Toyota Rav4 from the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and from the very beginning of the process till when i drove off the lot, t I just recently bought my Toyota Rav4 from the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and from the very beginning of the process till when i drove off the lot, the staff had been very accommodating. They offered me coffee, tea, cookies, bagels, etc. as i waited. Melissa Sinapi was my customer sales representative and she was very reliable and personable. She answered all my questions within a timely fashion, she was very polite and never was she pushy or overbearing. She listened to me and really worked to make sure that i received what i was paying for. There is so much more i can say, but to sum up my whole experience with the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota Group is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! By all means I will recommend everyone there. More

I specifically requested Anthony based on Dealer Rater feedback as well as my curiosity about how a salesperson becomes so well rated. As it turns out, Anthony did not give us a good experience.....he gave us a GREAT experience! Aside from being knowledgeable and friendly, which I expect from solid salespeople, Anthony has a certain Adaptability, Creativity, and Empathy (necessary to 'ACE' a deal) that I found absolutely refreshing. He learned all my priorities in buying a 2017 Highlander and worked towards satisfying each one. There was not even a hint of high pressure or salesman sleaze---just honesty and all the facts. We settled on good deals for my new car and my trade-in with the enlightened support of his sales manager, Pinkal Patel. (Who is also a class act!) I left with a great car, and inspiring experiences with Anthony, Pinkal, and Jason (the Finance Manager). I will never stray from DCH Wappinger Falls again. These people actually give car dealerships a good name!!! More

He assured me as a first time car buyer, Mr.Newsham would take wonderful care of me and get me the best deal possible, which he of course did. More so, because he himself had worked with Mr. Newsham prior, and had an excellent, as well very notable experience with him. I myself self would have to agree. My personal experience was not less than as expected. As a first time buyer, I did not feel overwhelmed, or intimidated, as some first time buyers do when working with car sales men. Mr. Newsham was not at all pushy, off putting, or short mannered, he exhibited NONE! of those qualities. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY! recommend asking for Micheal Newsham as your car sales man. More

The service that we received from Eric lahl, Daryl Callahan and Nick Palmas made the purchase of our new rav4 simple and made us feel very much at ease. As we were devoted honda people, we wanted a suv but we felt that honda wasn't a good fit for us. Also both our son and daughter both own toyotas that were purchased at dch and they both seen to be very happy with them. Eric Lahl to his time to explain every available option that we could purchase and went through each one of them. Our main focus was safety features as we sometimes transport our grandchildren. Also I drive a distance to work along busy highways and have the need for as many safety features as possible, and feel this will be helpful in traveling to work. More
