I could not have asked for a better experience! I decided to go to DCH Toyota after visiting another dealership in the area and not having such a great experience. When you are buying a car, you don't want to feel rushed or pressured. The decision to purchase a vehicle is met with great concern as this is a pricey undertaking and you want to make sure that you are making the best decision to meet your needs. When I first met my Sales Consultant Michael Newsham, he immediately put me at ease. This made me feel more comfortable to ask the questions that were most important to me. Michael took the time to explain not only the buying process in great detail, but also his knowledge of the 2017 Corolla was quite extensive. I would highly recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and if you are as lucky as I was to work with Michael and Joe (Finance) you will leave a very satisfied customer. More

Helpful Service Representative Allison Crosier Allison was very helpful in listening and understanding our concern about the speedometer. She quickly got a shuttle to take us home. He even went to pick up the specific vehicle that met my requirements from another dealer, and then spent almost an hour helping me learn to use the technology.
