We took a test drive with a very knowledgeable and approachable salesperson, Melissa. She spent a lot of time with us on a busy Saturday and made sure we had all of the information we needed before we left, including pricing and trade-in offer. We said we needed a couple of weeks to think about it and she was very respectful of that. We went to another dealership in the meantime, and they did not compare. We ended up buying a Highlander XLE from Melissa and would recommend her to anyone. The process was smooth, comfortable and we love our new vehicle! More
