My experience with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota was a very positive one. As a new car buyer, I was initially leery of pushy salespeople. I bought my 2007 Avalon from a dealer in New Jersey, but driving back and forth to that dealership for service was a hardship. I went to DCH to see if I could get my regular and warranty service done there driving back and forth to that dealership for service was a hardship. I went to DCH to see if I could get my regular and warranty service done there and have not been sorry. Their Service personnel have been the most knowledgeable, personal and caring group that I have ever met in a Dealership Service Dept. They have always greeted me with a warm hello and have always given me their personal attention in taking care of my needs. I know the cliche "They bend over backwards" seems trite, but they have done just about that. Although I don't know all their names (other than Sal), their mechanics never minded coming out and explaining something to me to make me assured that my car was in the best running order. The total service group, including the parts guys, have always been professional and went the extra mile. A pleasure to deal with!! More

I cant say enough about how Michael Maresca made us feel comfortable, no pressure, never trying to push you into something or steer you in a direction you didnt want to go. In 2009 I purchased a Toyota Camry (my 3rd) from DCH Wappinger Falls. I was interested in trading that car in for a new Camry - the 60 month 0 percent interest was definitely an incentive. A few weeks ago my son and I were looking at the Camry's on the lot when a young man approached us and asked if he could help us. This young man's name was Daniel Coppola. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Camry and answered every question- concern my son and I had thoroughly and with great patience. There was never any pressure. It was difficult for me to choose the color I wanted and Daniel waited patiently while I decided. It took me 2 days! The color I wanted was not at DCH so the staff reached out to locate one for me. I wanted leather seats so that took additional time to be done. Throughout this process Daniel kept in touch with me as to the status of my car. On December 22nd I picked up my new car!! I couldn't be more pleased. Daniel is definitely an asset to your dealership. I have already recommended him to one of my co-workers. I would like to thank all the other members of the staff who played a part in my purchase. I will definitely recomment DCH Toyota dealership!
