I had a 10am appointment for my oil change. I was told when I made the appointment, that it would be about 30-45 minutes and I could stay at the dealership to wait. Upon arrival, I checked in. I was told when I made the appointment, that it would be about 30-45 minutes and I could stay at the dealership to wait. Upon arrival, I checked in. After about 30 minutes, I was told that it would be another hour. In the end, my vehicle was not done until 12:50pm, just shy of 3 hours after my appointment. I will NEVER come back. This was disrespectful of my time and completely unacceptable. There wasn’t even an apology and I was not the only person experiencing this…many others just took their vehicles and left. I wish I had instead of wasting 3 hours of my time. More

Why does the driver seat always have to be moved from the position that I had set it at. Very annoying. Pretty sure that has happened every time you have worked on my vehicle.
