I came in for a transmission flush and when I asked if it would take less than 2 hours, Thomas said "It would definitely take less than 2 hours". After two and a half hours, as I walked away he said "he wasn would take less than 2 hours, Thomas said "It would definitely take less than 2 hours". After two and a half hours, as I walked away he said "he wasn't sure what the mechanic was doing". I responded "isn't it your job to know what the mechanic is doing?". The service manager was unavailable and he gave me her card. When I got home I tried to call but got the voicemail. So I wrote an email to Blanc, and explain the whole situation. I have not heard back from her. But my feeling is that I wouldn't buy a new car from this dealer if this is how they would service my car.
