I brought a used 2017 Highlander which I recently purchased to DCH Wappingers Toyota so they could perfectly an inspection and advise me on what maintenance was due. Tom Hackett was my service advisor and he showed me what was needed for the Highlander and I agreed to have it performed immediately. He arranged for a courtesy vehicle driver to drive me home and pick me up when the work was completed. Tom was friendly and professional and so was the driver Vinny. Now I can drive this Highlander with complete confidence thanks to Tom and the rest of the DCH team! More
