Hi Victor, I'm sorry to hear the service was not explained to you properly. Back on 1/2/21 we were unable to check to alignment because the 2021 specs were not loaded into our machine. They were shortly after so on the apt. 4/21/21 we confirmed that the vehicle was in alignment, and the condition was not duplicated. Both the wheel and vehicle tracked straight, and the alignment spec sheet confirmed this. Tires were then rotated, and multipoint inspection was performed.
