I felt humiliated and degraded by the service man who took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free s took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free service when I paid in advance over $260 for this so called free service plus being broken down @ purchase $2000 for the 5 year extended warranty that is really only 2 years. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out later that nothing was even touched on my car!!!!!! If there is any type of training that you can send your employees on how to treat customers, he is without a doubt the best one to send for it. I hope I am not treated this way next time I am in there. I am dreading already my next 2 oil changes I paid in advance for that will not walk out with my dignity. I am giving a 2 star review because I had planned to go in for a one hour apointment for $125. I wound up spending many hours and $2000 and did not get my car back until the following day. To be fair - som in for a one hour apointment for $125. I wound up spending many hours and $2000 and did not get my car back until the following day. To be fair - some of the situation was circumstantial - there was snow that day. My major gripe is that there wasn't clarity from the beginning about how long it would take..
