Understanding Staff I went in for an oil change and my brakes to get looked at and after some time they found a few others things that needed to be worked on. The total I went in for an oil change and my brakes to get looked at and after some time they found a few others things that needed to be worked on. The total wait time would be about 3 to 4 hours. I didn't want to wait that long so I was going to reschedule for a drop off next week but Tom the service person I was dealing with offered me a car for the day and I wouldn't have to come back next week. That was a huge help and a sigh of relief for me. More

Disappointed this time Had a 9:15 appointment. Apparently so did everyone else. Customers were trying to social distance by standing on the X , however your employees were Had a 9:15 appointment. Apparently so did everyone else. Customers were trying to social distance by standing on the X , however your employees were taking people at random. Several customers who arrived after me were taken ahead of me, Normally I wouldn't have minded, but I needed to get to an appointment. Not wanting to wait inside, I went outside only to find one bench. Please be aware than some people have underlying health conditions and do not want to be waiting indoors. Adding a few outdoor benches would be nice. When I got my car back I had to remove plastic coverings on my seat and steering wheel. I understand and respect you wanting to keep your employees safe, but what about me having to remove this plastic, paper mat and car ID hanging from the mirror? More
