My gas light comes on when there are 4 gallons left in the tank. They said it was my fault for not resetting the MPG every time I pumped gas, even though that doesn’t seem like that could possibly account the tank. I did not use the service center, just purchased a car I asked them for new key fobs for my car because they did not work when I got home and they said no because I bought a used car When I opened the fob asked them for new key fobs for my car because they did not work when I got home and they said no because I bought a used car When I opened the fob to replace the battery the part that held the battery just fell apart. You have to call a month in advance to get an appointment. Even if I want to get regular maintenance, I have to call at least 30 days in advance. The whole situation start to finish is honestly never great. I never leave thinking wow I am so happy to have gotten my car here. It seems more like a factory of pushing vehicles out, than caring about the customer and the customers safety. More
