Sales rep was un-informed on the details of my vehicle and that questions that I had. The SUV I leased has a scratch on the right hand side rear door and he never responded to my message about this. Brought in my vehicle for a re-call. My vehicle had to stay a couple of days while being serviced. While my vehicle was there for a couple if days as explained, I myself was in and out o My vehicle had to stay a couple of days while being serviced.
