From the moment I started working with them, especially with Mike, the General Manager for used cars, I felt like I was in good hands. Mike was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process – knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. And a special shout-out to Jennifer, the receptionist, who was always so friendly and helpful every time I called. Now, here's where Dana Ford really went above and beyond. The repairs on the van did take a couple of weeks each time, which was a bit inconvenient since I don't live in Staten Island. However, and this is the truly remarkable part, Dana Ford paid to have the van fixed at a local mechanic closer to my home! I was absolutely floored by this. It's so rare to see a dealership stand behind their used vehicles like this, especially to the point of covering out-of-area repairs just to ensure the customer is happy.
