After waiting three months for service I waited two plus weeks for my recall to be corrected. Cost me over $2,000 in fees to rent a van! Dealers do not carry parts to correct a recall. This is my 3rd car I leased from Dana. This was also the fastest I ever got in and out!!! Under an Hour!!!! From the moment I walked in I was laughing!!! Dana Ford technicians held my for 10 days. I continuously asked for updates and had no way to get in contact with anyone because they don't return calls corporate also gotten involved and coul I continuously asked for updates and had no way to get in contact with anyone because they don't return calls corporate also gotten involved and could not reach the technician department or the manager of the technician department whose name is Joe. On top of that I came to found out that when I purchased his vehicle I was told they would only run my credit once or twice Turns out they ran at 8 ti'm superior I'm in the process of trying to buy a home and I contacted the credit agency and they said I need a letter from Dane Ford stating they mistakenly ran it too many times. I went back to Dana 4 to speak with them and the person I spoke to named Ching told me that I was aggressive and he didn't know why I was getting so upset. I have informed him that I'm not aggressive and I'm not upset I am disabled and he had no apologies or anything nice to say except let me get a manager there's nothing I can do for you. I don't spoke with the manager I think his name was Steve who was nice but I knew he was just blowing smoke up my you know what period if you want to talk about a dealership that does not take care of their people This is the 1. I spent over $200000 with them between 3 cars and they now want nothing to do with me because they're not making sales on me. The only thing I can hope is that this dealership gets federally indicted and I somehow get some money back for 2 of the 3 terrible vehicles I purchased from them. If you want to go to a dealership that will take care of you do not go to this one More
