Nice and friendly. Prices are transparent and reasonable. However they were not prepared when when we returned to take the vehicle. Title was not there so we could not complete the transaction. We ended taking the car with trade plates and we are still waiting. Also the car was advertised as have new tires, but clearly not as one tire has a plug in it. When we asked about it we were told they were new. Other than these two matter the experience was good. If I can give zero stars I would … I leased a 2017 explorer during negotiation Doug Hanson the “managers “ made all these promises to me about getting money back due to damage caused by staff during a explorer during negotiation Doug Hanson the “managers “ made all these promises to me about getting money back due to damage caused by staff during a car wash. My car about 6 times had power steering problems which almost killed me and my daughter. During negotiation Doug the manager tells me don’t worry I’m over my lease he will take care of until the deal goes through. Come march 2022 2AM I get a knock on my door my explorer is on a tow truck for a lease return and my car was taken. I dont know how people keep going to this place they don’t keep there work once they get you out the door with the car they don’t care at all. BAD BUSINESS!! DO NOT GO HERE More
