Doug - will definitely try to call you tomorrow. The saga continues as I was forced to pay for the ITS EASY vehicle registration service and still don’t have my registration paperwork 5 weeks after buying the car. The temp tag expires in a week and I was told the dealership can’t provide an extended temp tag. When I purchased the vehicle your sales reps and the Finance rep swore up and down that ITS EASY would mail me the plates. I told them that CO DMV requires in-person processing for plates. The dealership told me that I was wrong. Assuming this was not going to go well, at the time of purchase I asked Finance for contact info for ITS EASY and I was told they could not provide that. I recently called CO DMV and they said they have no record of any paperwork being submitted for my vehicle and that an out of state dealer would never be able to do that via mail. Your dealership finally acquiesced and provided me contact info for ITS EASY and ITS EASY confirmed that all they do is mail me DMV paperwork and then I still need to make an appointment with CO DMV to submit the paperwork for CO plates. My plan was to drive the vehicle back to CO from New England via Canada (shortest route) after Xmas but now I can’t since the temp tag will be expired and I still don’t even have paperwork to get my CO plates. Literally everything your dealership could have fouled up with this transaction, they have fouled up. Every step of the way I felt like this was the first vehicle your dealership had ever sold. Can’t believe Dana is the “top rated” Ford dealership in NY based on the experience I’ve had. I would never recommend this dealership to any of my family who lives in your area.

Hey Keith. Follow up up. Name is Michael. I now have same existing problem. Water damage. Carpets wet. I bought this lemon. Buy American right? With extended warranty. Your team it for two weeks. I waited patiently as you guys sorted paperwork on what was covered and what not covered. Now what. ??? I just called you left message with Diane. You were in a meeting. Or holiday party? Ford f150 2018. Appreciate call by EOD. I can’t keep doing this. Horrible.

Update I called keith 3 times today to ask for assistance on this recurring problem. Once in a meeting. Another time couldn’t be found. 3 times. 3 different messages left. No return calls. Can’t make these stories up. My truck rug is soaked. Now they can’t do a courtesy pick up. They can’t get me a loaner until they find out what issue is. Lol I laugh because I explained issue. But two customer service ladies used a lot of “cannots”. Just what u want to hear from a company. Whom I financed at 70k truck from. Maybe not all dealerships are like this. But I cannot compare. Just share my experience. Frustrating. Blood pressure up. Why? Cause they did not do job right first time. Cause there was bo quality control check. Terrible. Whet happened to the customer matters. When the customer was always right? lol sad really. Would not even bend a little for a loaner or courtesy pick up. Horrible. Now zero stars. Beware.
