Sales rep was very responsive but not very informed on the sales process and everything that needed to be completed. I live in Colorado and was flying in to pickup the car on a very tight timeline. I was very frustrated with the dealership because I signed a sales contract on Saturday and, regardless of asking to start the Finaance discussions every day after Saturday, Finance did not contact me until Wed afternoon. I kept telling my sales rep that the upcoming Friday was a Federal holiday and banks would be closed, then I would be flying all day Saturday. Thursday they started putting paperwork together. Friday I was emailed the sales package with a ridiculous 7.9% finance rate. Friday I was left flailing trying to work with my banks to get a loan check. Finally Finance came through with a matching loan rate. All completely unnecessary stress. After flying in from Colorado, and Ubering from Newark, I showed up at the dealership and waited almost 2 hours to get the keys to the car even after I had been coordinating my arrival time for a week and all paperwork was complete. This transaction was supposed to be a stress-free virtual (other than picking up car) and it was the most frustrating car purchase experience I’ve had in the 25 years I’ve been buying cars. More

I had a horrible experience. Lack of care and concern. Dealership has my truck for 2 weeks. I financed my 2018 with an extended warranty which I built into my payment. Dealership immediately said water damage not covered! Horrible. Buy American? Terrible. I will tell w everyone I know how bad and to not go to Dana ford system island for anything. When I reached out to service manager to discuss, as of this moment has not returned my call. 48 hours have passed! Disgraceful. I will look at options including the selling of my vehicle so I don’t have to utilize them. If I could rate less than one star I would. I will escalate this matter. Customer is always right? Dana Ford did not give me great service on my second had truck purchase. They neglected to complete work required by safety recalls on a second hand purchase, and miscalculated my sales tax.
