I intentionally waited less than a week for a specific vehicke to arrive even though Dana has inventory when others do not. Fonsi was smart to warn me that the Ford financing programs might change by the vehicke to arrive even though Dana has inventory when others do not. Fonsi was smart to warn me that the Ford financing programs might change by the next day, a new month. And they did. But by warning me he took the sting out. He personally delivered the vehicle to my home and picked up my trade. After signing forms online with Ching in Finance, the number of forms to sign upon physical delivery was modest. Thanks Dana, Fonsi and Ching. More

Went fairly smooth , but still a process over 3 hours without needing any financing. Very happy with my purchase. Only complaint was I wasn't explained all the features of my top of line vehicle, like without needing any financing. Very happy with my purchase.
