While I appreciate Mr. Hansen following up here, this is emblematic of my initial review. Mr. Hansen wrote this on 12/23. I called in twice on 12/23 and never received a response. I followed up a third time on 12/27 and was finally able to speak with him. I was told it didn't matter if the salesperson did not tell the truth about accessories or pricing. That i signed the deal while given incorrect information on the car. All of which is documented in the written notes, the window sticker, and the "accessories" list. I was told someone would follow up on the scratched car they delivered and on the missing financial paper work. No one followed up. Separately, I did receive a call from "Margie" to see how my experience was and this poor woman had no idea what I was dealing with. She was very kind, said she would take care of the financial documentation and talk to Doug about the scratch. Again, no response on fixing their scratch issue. At least the financial docs were emailed to me, unencrypted, in a blank email, weeks after I bought the car. If this review doesn't warn you, take a look at their Yelp reviews or Better Business Bureau feedback. Its terrible and had they not had the only car I wanted in the area I would have walked. They delivered an overpriced damaged car and could not care less about resolving it. I gave them 6 more days after this follow up to try and make this right. They do not care. I will be reaching out to Ford directly as well.
