Everything was ok the only thing I’m disappointed because I gave them the bank who I was approved Capital One and they gave my SS to three other banks who checked my credit score and my credit score went dow I gave them the bank who I was approved Capital One and they gave my SS to three other banks who checked my credit score and my credit score went down 15 points and will stay for three years in my report without my permission! With Capital One I got the lowest interest because my credit score is excellent! More

My car was there one week before it was even looked at. If I hadn’t kept calling, it might still be there. The service team seems to be way understaffed.
