I came in to see if I would be able to trade in my car and possibly get something different. Abdul was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and very helpful and he assisted us with finding what we wa and possibly get something different. The individual, I believe his name is Anthony, who was working on our credit application was rude, demeaning, belittling towards us while trying to work out the terms of our loan. In all the years that I have been a customer of Dana Ford Lincoln, I have NEVER been treated like that by any member of their team. We were upset that this person would behave in such a manor while at work. Steve, the manager stepped in and he along with Frank were able to step in, help out and finish working with us. I appreciate Steve for stepping in to help us and listen to what our concerns were regarding Anthony’s behavior. Frank was awesome at expeditiously processing the loan paperwork and other documents that were needed and I applaud Abdul for helping us from start to finish. Overall, I appreciate the fact that despite the horrible encounter with the staff from Finance, the staff made a real effort to listen to us, help us and ensure that we left as satisfied customers.
