Took our van on on the 4th of December, was told it should be ready on the 7th. Didnt hear anything on the 7th after calling at least and leaving several messages asking for calls to be returned for a should be ready on the 7th. We picked the van up 5 weeks after it was dropped off, with minimal repairs completed. More

There was an issue with the car loosing coolant fluid. After three attempts at resolving the issue Dwayne chose to think out of the lines and in doing so pinpointed the leak and resolved it. I had a great experience with the service department. They were able to accommodate my visit without an appointment. With my limited days off from work, I really needed to get in on my day off.
