The sales manager, Doug Hansen is a miserable, moron. I was in the process of finalizing my lease. I didn’t want the dealership decal on the rear of my new Corsair. Hansen ordered the service mechanics to was in the process of finalizing my lease. I didn’t want the dealership decal on the rear of my new Corsair. Hansen ordered the service mechanics to put it on. I tried to talk to him, but he was dismissive and told me. “You don’t have to take the deal, go!!”. This is after I sat with the the insurance staff and added the new Corsair to my policy and was completing the financial paperwork. I agreed to the license plate frame on the front and back with the dealership. I didn’t want the decal on the rear of my vehicle. Hansen took it personally and would rather I walk away from leasing the vehicle, then oblige a paying customer. Needless to say, I will not be getting a vehicle from Dana Motors in my lifetime. And I’m telling everyone I know to tell everyone they know, not to ever go to Dana Motors. I feel bad for the salesperson because Doug Hansens arrogance and petulance cost him a sale. I hope Lincoln removes Doug Hansen from his position More
