Very unhappy! My ford expedition max actually drove itself when I was at a red light. Service is telling me I’m crazy yet. There are forums about it. It was like pulling teeth to get a loaner car and then I was told where I can and cannot go with the loaner car getting my truck back. I was told there’s nothing they can do after driving it 34 miles to test it. So I’m just supposed to drive the car until it happens again and hopefully it doesn’t kill me or anybody else. More

We have been waiting almost a month for our car. We don’t get calls returned quickly on status. We have been told different issues at different times, we are now waiting for a part for a few weeks n We don’t get calls returned quickly on status. Early on, alot of time was waiting for yet another person to look at the car to understand what’s wrong, on a car that is only one year old. We have a loaner car free of charge, which is good. But why can’t you just get the part from another car? More
