Terrible company. Paid for oil change. Fluid top off and tire rotation. When I got home they had not filled the wiper fluid. Called them and told them to drop off a bo Paid for oil change. Fluid top off and tire rotation. When I got home they had not filled the wiper fluid. Called them and told them to drop off a bottle so I could fill it. They told me I needed to come back. Not sure why their problem became my problem? I said no and suggested they return my money since the job was not done again they said no. After arguing with them they said they would send a gift card which I never received. Incredibly short sited to treat a customer who bought several cars from them that way over a 2-3 dollar bottle of wiper fluid. After almost 20 years of buying ford products I switched to Chevy with my last car purchase. More

Salesman Nick was great , finance guy was not honest about registration cost. I left 200 deposits for registration which he said should more than cover it.
