I Tuesday 5/9 I brought my Civic type r in for it to be detailed really good. It wasn’t done really good though!,,, it was excellent. I forgot to take some things out of the car, and they folded these thin detailed really good. It wasn’t done really good though!,,, it was excellent. On April 8th I reached out to Dave Mungenast dealership after finding the car I had been looking to purchase. I was transferred to Jacob M. who was helpful, kind and patient from the get-go. I knew it woul after finding the car I had been looking to purchase. I was transferred to Jacob M. who was helpful, kind and patient from the get-go. I knew it would be a week or more before I was able to purchase the car so I was not expecting this particular car to hang around. Given my situation, Jacob and team held onto the car while I worked with insurance. Really great experience. My fiancé and I were making this decision together however, it was ultimately up to me. As a female, it was refreshing that Jacob took me seriously and did not focus his attention on my fiancé. More
