His paperwork was perfectly done, which I accidentally hear somebody say about him. I didn't vote Toyota 5 stars because I had a long wait to sign the legal stuff at the end. There were several workers on duty but they couldn't keep up with the rush. I'm thrilled with my car and with the care that Toyota took of me. Well done all, especially Jermaine. Had a fuel pump replaced because of a recall 8 days before leaving on vacation. The new fuel pump went bad and was able to make it to Daytona Toyota. Nice staff but everything that they present as “included” with the purchase ends up costing several thousand in additional service/plan fees that aren’t even needed. Don’t take the time to actually go over what each warranty/coverage means and to see if you actually want it or not. They just say it is all included and then tack on the thousands of fees for these unneeded warranty fees when they are presented as included, but are really optional when reading the fine print.
