Horrible from the start and continued to get worse. Don’t buy from DeCozen of Verona. I had sent one of my employees to DeCozen since I grew up in Verona and wanted to patronize a local dealer. After being offered one model and giving a 1,000.00 deposit my employee left and we were ready to have mine and my companies credit scores pulled to ink the deal. In the mean time I received s text saying there was a mistake and “that car wasn’t available but here is a comparable one”. I looked over the sticker and even though it was a lesser trim I agreed to continue. We agreed on a price and then the finance guy got involved. He told me since my score was too low he had to add on an extra 100$ a month and that I shouldn’t care because it’s a write off of my company. I asked him to cancel the deal and refund my deposit. Went back and forth over trying to cancel and then in the end he said ok never mind we will “eat the extra 10 a month for you” if you just take the deal. I refused to do any further business with a dealership that tries to extort. The finance guy then got rude and told me “good luck getting your deposit back”. And sure enough. I lost that 1000$. Don’t buy from DeCozen of Verona. More
