I purchased my truck and have had ALL my service done here. Last week, I brought my truck in for service and to have my trailer light plug checked for the second time as the right blinker was not working here. Last week, I brought my truck in for service and to have my trailer light plug checked for the second time as the right blinker was not working. The relay panel had to be replaced the first time and was covered under warranty. The second time, They said it was a fuse and charged me $85 diagnostic fee. $85 dollar diagnostic fee?? that's ridiculous as i'm sure the first thing they checked was the fuse. You would think since I have been a loyal customer, they would have waived the diagnostic fee. Other than the crazy diagnostic fee, everything else went smoothly. More

I have never been one to write a bad review and I hate that this is my second bad review about this dealership.. To make an extremely long story short, back in October I purchased my vehicle. And not even that this is my second bad review about this dealership.. To make an extremely long story short, back in October I purchased my vehicle. And not even 2 weeks into owning the vehicle my check engine light came on. It look the dealership over 5 months and keeping it on 2 separate occasions to “fix” my car . Mean while they were nice enough to provide a rental but it is quite irritating to pay car payments and insurance on that vehicle that has not been in my possession for months. I just recently received the car back and told everything has been taken care of , I drove the car around for about a week and a half and the brake light came on. I brought it in to have it looked at and originally was told they could not diagnose a problem and that the car seems fine. I asked them to take another look at the breaks and they realized the break fluid was low.. I picked up the car and got a few miles down the road and instantly felt like something was off, I then was pulled over by the police because my car was smoking from the back! The cop told me to get off the road and stop driving the vehicle. I called the dealership several times trying to get ahold of someone, and they asked me to carefully drive it back .. What if my breaks locking up caused me to get into an accident? What if I had my children in the car? I picked up my car that day told my breaks were fine when clearly they were not. The dealership is currently in position of my car and I yet again have another rental. My service manager at denoyer is a very nice and helpful gentleman, but this can not go on . It’s been 6+ months since the perchance of this car and its been a time consuming emotional/ mentally draining process to have simply the safe vehicle I thought I was purchasing back in October. I have been told time and time again to get a lawyer involved but I have yet to do so because I’ve been holding out faith that Denoyer will get their act together and give me back a safe vehicle .
