For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Read you paperwork carefully I was satisfied with the purchase however the numbers on my paperwork we're switched around. It was my fault for not reading them more carefully and I I was satisfied with the purchase however the numbers on my paperwork we're switched around. It was my fault for not reading them more carefully and I allowed myself to be rushed. When I showed up to get the truck the 2 accessories were not on the truck and I had to sit and wait for over an hour for them to be installed. I think my biggest mistake was rushing and not taking copies of all the paperwork the night I made the deal including the hand written deal I proposed and they accepted but somehow got switched around. When I asked to see those papers the day I took delivery they we're gone. More

Unprofessional I've bought a car from depaula and denooyer. I gave denooyer a try to earn my buisness. They earned my buisness but in the most unprofessional ways. Never asked if I wanted any extended warranties, just threw them in. Not up front and honest finance manager. Told me the seat protectant and rust protection (which btw are absolute garbage and a scam) were added in and free. Because it was so late at night, I was hungry, wanted to get out after 6 hours in the dealership and being rushed out the door after, I didn't look at everything. Signed the papers and just wanted keys to my new truck. They got me with their xxxxxxx tactics. Depaula didn't play that game and asked what warranties I wanted which I declined to all from Depaula and still got my car. The extended warranty isn't even GM official and that Zurich crap that doesn't cover everything. More
