For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I want to extend my sincere thanks for allowing my family to care for your family's automotive needs and look forward to the next generations' needs as well.

oil change I had a scheduled oil change for 2:00 p.m. I arrived on time. At 3:15 I was told I was not put in the queue and that they were going to start now. I had a scheduled oil change for 2:00 p.m. I arrived on time. At 3:15 I was told I was not put in the queue and that they were going to start now. Ten minutes later the man returned and asked for my keys. I did not leave there until 4:20. I know things happen and he offered to give me another free oil change and a car detailing for my inconvenience. My husband and I have been buying cars through Steve Gordon for over 35 years. More

Quality, friendly, easy experience I was in a lease from another brand and dealership that I needed to get out of as I was close to my mile limit. I went into DeNooyer and was immediate I was in a lease from another brand and dealership that I needed to get out of as I was close to my mile limit. I went into DeNooyer and was immediately greeted by their receptionist as well as Ryan. He was great in discussing my needs and helping me get out of my old lease and into the perfect new vehicle.
