For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Dishonest and disorganized We purchased the vehicle from DeNooyer because we were told the interest rate would be 5.99%. When we got to the DeNooyer at our appointed time to exe We purchased the vehicle from DeNooyer because we were told the interest rate would be 5.99%. When we got to the DeNooyer at our appointed time to execute the paperwork we were told the interest rate would be 9.99%. We would have left except the vehicle purchase needed to be completed by 12/31 for tax purposes so there wasn't enough time to complete the purchase with another dealership. DeNooyer was aware of this and took advantage. Very DISHONEST! To add insult to injury the vehicle wasn't ready and it took well over two hours to pickup the vehicle. Very disorganized! More
