For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I went to Denooyer Chevrolet to look at leasing a new pick-up truck. I had a very enthusiastic young salesperson who was very helpful in finding me a good fit for my needs and budget. However, I was not pick-up truck. I had a very enthusiastic young salesperson who was very helpful in finding me a good fit for my needs and budget. However, I was not happy with how long it took to get the process completed to rent the vehicle. It was at least 3 hours and I finally had to tell them that I did have another commitment that evening. I was left sitting and waiting for things to be done but I wasn’t sure what I was waiting for. Originally they were going to have me go home and pick me up to get my vehicle, but it got to be too late for that, so arrangements were made to deliver it in the morning first thing. First thing turned out to be almost noon the next day. I had to call to find out when it would be delivered because I had things to do. I am now waiting for license plates to be delivered to me. I am pleased with the deal I got on the lease. I hope I actually get to drive it soon! More
