Standard Vehicle Inspection I called to schedule a standard vehicle inspection for 9:00 AM the following day. If I can give less than a zero I would. I dropped the car off the night before after speaking to someone. I said I would need it by 12:30 the next day, At 7am I received a text from John saying he was m car off the night before after speaking to someone. I said I would need it by 12:30 the next day, At 7am I received a text from John saying he was my advisor and to text anytime for the status of the vehicle. Love the tech! So at 10am I sent a message to check on the vehicle... no response... sent another at 11am... no response. Sent another at 12... guess what? No response. So next I called and got someone at the desk. She said she didn’t have my paperwork but saw John at his desk and will forward me over to him. She forwarded my call and guess what... straight to voicemail... With that I decided to come check on my vehicle in person... more fun. The person at the payment desk said my paper want there and to speak to someone at the service desk. I turned around to speak to the person in the corner (Chase or Jace) who was completely rude and unhelpful. It seemed that my questions about my vehicle were a bother to him and he clearly didn’t want to help. So they call John on the loudspeaker and he shows up 5 minutes later. It took him another 5 to find out that my vehicle was done..,, it was now 1pm. This makes me want to not bring either of my Chevys here again.... what really put me over the edge is how the service desk people has zero customer service skills and appeared to not care about the customer... More

First time a very negative experience I had a loud noise in my exhaust on my 3.5 year old Colorado. It couldn't be done on a Saturday, so I had to find a time during the week. Being a heal I had a loud noise in my exhaust on my 3.5 year old Colorado. It couldn't be done on a Saturday, so I had to find a time during the week. Being a healthcare worker this was very difficult. I able to take some time off and scheduled an appointment on a Friday for 8AM (When I could get a ride since courtesy vehicles are not allowed until a diagnosis was made.) I explained to both the person who made the appointment and the tech when I dropped off my vehicle that I had a ride and had to return to the hospital later in the day. I first texted for a status at 1130 since I had not heard anything to no avail, then called at 1150 was sent to voicemail. I finally received a text from a different tech at 1250, that the service tech was at lunch, but would be asked upon his return. I the texted at 140 - again still had not received information, I received a response text around 2PM saying the technician was looking at it now...almost 6 hours later since my "appointment"!! I was told that since I dropped off the car rather than waiting it was just going in to be looked at. I ended up without a ride to pick up the vehicle (Had to Uber) FInally my truck was ready at 4pm! It turned out to be a sheared bolt under the car which just needed replacement. I had even called my salesperson Tony DiPace (Who is great) to see if he could find out what was going on. SInce my vehicle is 3.5 years old with 24,000 miles on it I had been thinking of trading it in. Not so sure now. I have never had this type of experience at DeNooyer, I am hoping it is a one off, but that ruined my first day off from the hospital in months. More
