I am a loyal customer, but this service experience was well below par! It was not the actual workmanship, which was fine, it was the lack of communication between the dealership and the customer. My vehicle was in for a warranty issue that a part had to be ordered; I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. 10 days later I started calling the dealership, three separate times I was promised a call back from either the service writer or the service manager. After the fourth call the person that answered finally found that the part was in and had been in. It then took another 2 weeks before an available appointment. So, for a month I could not open my driver’s door from the inside. You need to do better! More
My truck went in at 8am for NYS inspection, oil change, and a software update. I figured it would be done by noon. I called at 1pm, 2:30, & 3:30. Got sent to VM every time and nobody called me back. Found someone and was told to fill out a night drop-off form and leave the form and keys on the dash. this didn't smell right to me - however, everything worked out just fine. So far, no negative implications of having the recalls performed - 2 of which were computer updates. More
