I had to have my Colorado towed in for service because it leaked all the oil, they called to say they "fixed"the oil line. The next day my wife went to drive it I noticed the driveway was all wet with oil. T leaked all the oil, they called to say they "fixed"the oil line. The next day my wife went to drive it I noticed the driveway was all wet with oil. The truck signaled to pull over immediately. I had to have it towed again to service for the same reason. Very disappointed. More

Very confusing I agreed to proposal,then called back quickly to refuse the service, and was told that a 2 day (4 hours of labor) service was almost complete! I was told they had the parts and it needed 4 hours of labor, then was told some story about they had two men doing it so it could be done quicker. My first time there after using DePaula for a long time and was really caught when a computer contacted me to “explain” a $2,800 service. Jonathan was very nice but appeared to be back peddling big time when I called off the procedure. Won’t go back. Not wild about DePaula either More
